Research Topic
|
The HUISGEN 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azides and the inverse electron-demand DIELS-ALDER reaction of tetrazines with strained 5-norbornene-2-carboxylic acid are promising alternatives to the known strain-promoted and Cu- or Rh-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloadditions.
The aim is to functionalize various support materials (ion-exchange resins, porous polymers, etc.) with peptides in order to expand their properties and possible applications.
